Around the house, on the 70,000 m2 estate, there are multiple reading and relaxation corners: the threshing floor, the porch on the east façade, the terrace on the west façade, the bench on the vine, the chillout of the fig tree or the carob tree.

In all of them you can enjoy absolute tranquility and the only noise that can disturb us is that of the cicadas when it is very hot on summer days- or that of the crickets as soon as the sun goes down.

In the old era of labor, it is where cocktails or dances are held when there is a wedding. We have made a garden around it.

There is a cistern in the highest part of the farm. That is where the water we use to irrigate the garden is stored. The mains water for the entire farmhouse comes from the Carboneras desalination plant. Once used in the facilities, it goes to a biological treatment plant and the water is recovered to irrigate the garden.

The old irrigation ditch is made of stone, we have restored it and we use a section as a fountain

There are two car parks for hotel guests, one surrounded by olive trees and on the other side of the road for those who attend the farmhouse activities.

In the upper part of the farmhouse is the swimming pool with the appearance of a swimming pool and very integrated into the landscape. We use a saline chlorination system to purify the water and thus avoid the unpleasant smell of chlorine.

We have managed to make a rural accommodation, an authentic oasis in the middle of the desert of Cabo de Gata Níjar.
