Breakfasts
We try to make a good part of the products we offer at the breakfast buffet, such as sesame and cinnamon cookies, our fig jams, homemade crêpes, fruit sorbets and compotes.
Packed lunches
We prepare packed lunches, in a backpack with cooling plates for those who do not always want to have sandwiches: salads, cold cuts made on the farm or hake pie, fruit, bread and drinks.
Kitchen at night
For those who do not want to leave the farmhouse and want to have a drink, we can offer you some things to snack on. There are boards, salads, some hot or cold cream, avocado with tabbouleh, toasts with tomato and smoked sardines and other portions.
We serve them on the Pink Patio when the weather permits in the warmer season or in front of the fireplace on winter nights.
If you prefer a more formal dinner, you should notify in the morning to reserve a table and have everything planned and organized for the night.
Our kitchen specialties are cold tomato and watermelon soups, moussaka, hake pie, tuna with teriyaki and sesame, sirloin medallions with apple sauce, and desserts such as candied figs with chocolate or flan homemade pear.
Our kitchen is very simple. We make it with a lot of love and the only secret is that we use excellent olive oil, always 100% extra virgin, some products from our garden or from some orchards in the area. Basing our dishes on Almeria cuisine and gastronomy.
